laliday: Where do you live? Have you actually been to Cuba? The Cubans can't harrass the tourists and they cannot hassle them and ask them to buy things, and that's a good thing and it allows tourists to feel safe and it makes the tourists want to come back. As for mingling and visiting and talking, that's not forbidden. My cousin met a worker in Cuba 10 years ago, and since then she visits him every time she's in Cuba, they became good friends, they meet on a beach and in restaurants.
